If you’re reading this, you are probably living somewhere else and considering a move to Fort St. John. Perhaps you’ve been offered a job and are wondering if you should accept, or maybe you will be looking for work once you get here.
Fort St. John is British Columbia’s best-kept secret. We think we have the best of everything – recreation at our doorstep, affordable living, and big-city amenities, all in a small, friendly town.
Here, you can spend less time commuting and less money on housing, and more time on recreation and really living it up. As the hub of the Peace River Region, Fort St. John is easy to get to by road or jet. The North Peace Regional Airport (YXJ) boasts numerous daily flights to Vancouver or Calgary, meaning getaways to big cities both near and far are easy.
We operate two group childcare facilities in Fort St. John with programs for children between the ages of 1 and 12. We’ve been offering childcare programs in our community for over 12 years and in 2019 expanded to our second location.
Join us to start or continue your career in Early Childhood Education. We offer competitive wages, training allowances for staff, benefits, and the opportunity to help us build and shape the programs we offer in our childcare facilities. We want your input on the programs we run and will give the right people the chance to lead a program. On top of this, qualified staff with their Early Childhood Certificate will receive a wage top-up from the Province of B.C. just for working in our great Province.
